Please note: In most versions of Acrobat Reader, you cannot "Save" your completed information in an electronic form.  After you fill out your information electronically, you should print the form using PDF Writer in the Print dialog box (this creates an new electronic file on your computer with your completed information that you can email to homecoming@uncc.edu), or print and return a traditional hard copy.
